What are the hours for your pool?

Registered hotel guests have access to the pool from 7AM to 10PM. If you aren't staying with us, pool hours are 11AM to 5PM, but if you book a reservation you've got access from 11AM to 10PM.

Can my party decorate the space?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations to spiff up the space. Please, no paper confetti though.

What's a food and beverage minimum?

A food and beverage minimum is the amount of money you need to spend while using the space. Say you and your friends want to get a bottle of vodka for your party. Our average price for a bottle of vodka is $395. If your food and beverage minimum is $400, you're only $5 shy of meeting that. If you're under or above your minimum, you just pay the difference. And just as a note, there is an additional tax and gratuity with these reservations.

If I make a pool reservation, do I still have to pay admission?

Admission to the pool party is $20 per person. If you're a registered hotel guest, admission is free!

Are your pool events 21+?

Our Saturday pool parties are strictly 21 and over, even if you are staying in the hotel. Sunday is all ages. Other pool events we may host will state any age restrictions.

Do I have to book a reservation in advance?

You are totally more than welcome to book the day of, but availability may be limited. Booking in advance guarantees your spot.

What can I bring to the pool? Are inflatable toys welcome?

We prohibit any outside food or drink. Only exceptions are sealed water bottles. Feel free to bring your sunscreen and swimwear! All bags and backpacks are subject to inspection prior to entry. We provide towels for you, but you're welcome to bring your own. Inflatable toys and the like are prohibited on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to contact us to double-check!

What other fees are part of the reservation?

Here at Zoso we enjoy being totally transparent. Your pool reservation is comprised of $100 rental fee, the Food and Beverage minimum agreement, city tax of 9.25%, and a 20$ gratuity for your server. We also charge a $200 cleaning fee in the event of any major damages.

What's your cancellation policy?

Upon booking your reservation, we'll place a $100 hold on your card. We know life happens sometimes, so if you need to cancel your reservation just let us know 72-hours prior to your booking to get your full refund and to avoid a $100 cancellation/no-show fee.

What time is check-in? How long do I have this reservation?

Check in starts at 11am and ends at 12pm. Please make sure to check-in for your reservation before the deadline to avoid any fees. You'll have your reservation from 11am-8pm. Do note that our pool events go only from 11am-5pm though.
